All manufactured products are covered and serviced by the manufacturer's warranty, if any. You must contact the appropriate manufacturer  for support and service on defective items. There are no returns on books, tunes, software or any electronic equipment purchased from LaSota Racing Technologies, LLC including handheld tuners, widebands, mass air meter or any other electronic. Custom tunes are electronic files either emailed to you or installed on a tuning device. Custom tunes contain intellectual property of LaSota Racing Technologies, LLC, which is unique. Once they are emailed to the customer or the tuning device is shipped to the customer, there cannot be refunds for any reason. LaSota Racing Technologies, LLC, is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle after the installation of a custom tune, the customer assumes all liability as the installer of the tune.
